For those who may not be familiar with Divisional Solo events the purpose is to crown the top drivers in the division for each class.  Additional benefits are seeing how other regions run their events and competing against other great drivers.

The series is open to drivers who are regular members of any NEDiv Region, weekend members aren’t eligible.  To qualify for an award, you will have to attend more than half of the events in the series.  If you attend more than the minimum, only your top more than half will be counted.  For each class we will use PAX for scoring and all points must be earned in the same class.  Class champions will receive awards presented at the NEDiv annual meeting.  Points will be 1000 for 1st place in each class and then subsequent positions will be based on the percentage of time to 1st place, first place time/your time X 1000.  Points will be calculated by the series organizer (the NEDiv Solo Development Advisory Committee representative) so hosting regions don't have extra work to do other than accommodating more drivers at their Divisional Series event.
